About Acne Studios AB

Acne Studios is a Stockholm-based fashion house with a multidisciplinary approach. Through founder and Creative Director Jonny Johansson’s interest in photography, art, architecture and contemporary culture, an alternative path has been found, turning Acne Studios into a well-respected creator of ready-to-wear, magazines, furniture, books and exhibitions. The collections are defined by Jonny Johansson’s signature juxtaposing design and attention to detail, with an emphasis on tailoring and an eclectic use of materials and custom-developed fabrics. The collections cover men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories and denim. Currently Acne Studios operates 20+ online sites per regions and countries supported by Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

The Brief

Faced with the need to future-proof order management system, Acne Studios engaged AIOPSGROUP™ to deliver and support migration from existing Salesforce Commerce Cloud Order Center to Teamwork Commerce platform. Acne Studios was looking to accelerate the following areas:

  • OMS can be directly connected to eCommerce platform, providing an automated solution to generate shipments.
  • Enabling orders to be placed from multiple locations & fulfilled anywhere.
  • Flexible Order Fill enabling a real-time data flow and total accuracy in order management
  • Seamless Fulfillment where orders can be fulfilled to the most convenient location for the customer

The Solution

Acne Studios digital team delivered OMS migration project requirements. AIOPSGROUP™ validated the requirements against original Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution in place and deployed its existing Acne Studios configuration and setup experience to enable Teamwork Commerce solution. AIOPSGROUP™ team executed:

  • Implementation of new cartridges
  • Integration of custom API’s
  • Changes in order history
  • Configuration and testing of new import/ export feeds
  • Configuration of templates for transactional emails
  • End to end testing together with all parties involved

The Results

AIOPSGROUP™ helped Acne Studios brand deliver OMS migration. Time to market was 12 months. When the project was completed, new OMS empowered Acne Studios retail locations to support sales from any channel with a variety of deep functionality designed to create a seamless purchase workflow. AIOPSGROUP™ team continues to support Acne Studios with post launch OMS activities and 24/7 support for maximum digital performance.
