The Brief

MCM established itself as a global luxury brand through European artisanship with a refined mastery of skills, handcrafting elegant products with flawless quality materials. However, the online checkout luxury Global Nomads’ experience wasn’t measuring up to the high standards for online shopping of MCM brand. The company websites were recording a high number of failed orders.  MCM reached out to AIOPSGROUP to monitor and analyze the user journey patterns for intelligent implementation to enable improved experience and increase in conversion rate.

The Solution

AIOPSGROUP mapped out the needs of online shoppers and implemented AI for eCommerce monitoring that allows MCM to monitor all internal and background processes and to assure stable, optimized, and up to speed site and customer experience. The alerting system in place identified a high number of failing orders due to not clear messaging to the customers. When the work was completed, AIOPSGROUP launched an improved checkout and checkout messaging for immediate results.

The Results
