Currently Rossignol operates 15+ online sites supported by Magento Adobe Commerce Cloud platform.

The Brief

Rossignol rose to fame through generations of legendary champions and pioneers of the sport. Icon of the past, symbol of the present; Rossignol, inspired by its roots and exceptional historical heritage, builds the future every day. However, the online outdoors customer experience was not measuring up to the high standards of quality that Rossignol products offer today. The company website existed in an outdated version of Adobe Commerce, powered by Magento platform that did not offer Rossignol 24/7 website availability to its consumers. Rossignol reached out to AIOPSGROUP™ to fix and accelerate experience-driven commerce ecosystem and lead the complex process of realizing that vision.

The Solution

AIOPSGROUP™ mapped out the needs of Rossignol online users and implemented multi-team approach with 24/7 Support, 24/7 Monitoring team and Adobe Commerce development team.  The 24/7 alerting system in place identified a high number of site performance issues, critical ones being escalated in real time to AIOPSGROUP™ team of Adobe Commerce engineers available for immediate mitigation. Service Level Agreement was executed to measure the performance and improvements for Rossignol online shoppers.

The Results
